Refund Policy

Quick Page Review
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Once the review has been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you have paid and the review has not yet been delivered, a full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase.
Strategy Intensive
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the first session. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your first session, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel within 48 hours of your first session, the deposit is non-refundable. If the first session has already taken place, the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance will not be charged.
Creative Direction + Accountability
A 50% deposit is required to secure your first month. If you cancel before any sessions have taken place, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once the first session has taken place, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance for the first month is due before the second session.
Photography
A 50% deposit is required to hold your shoot date. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled shoot, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled date within 60 days. If you cancel within 48 hours of your shoot, the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Cancellations
All cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the session with no refund or rescheduling option.
