At The Pangea Collective, we stand behind the value of our services and content. Because many of our offerings are digital or custom-made, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
1. Digital Services & Memberships
Due to the nature of digital content and creative services (including but not limited to memberships, downloadable resources, consulting, photography, or content creation), we do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a service has begun.
We encourage you to review all offerings and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
2. Booking Creative Services
If you book a creative service (such as photography, videography, or content creation), deposits or full payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling may be possible with advance notice. Please email us as soon as possible if your plans change.
3. Billing Issues
If you believe you’ve been charged in error or are experiencing technical issues with your subscription or payment, please contact us directly at hello@thepangeacollective.com. We’ll review your situation and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Disputed Payments
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke access to any purchased content or services immediately and may block future purchases.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
