I’ll be posting new challenges designed to help tattoo artists grow. Some weeks will push your creativity. Others will help you get organized, try new styles, or connect with your audience. These challenges are for progress, consistency, and visibility!


Tattoo Artist Challenge #1: The Rose Detail Challenge


For our first challenge, we’re focusing on artistic depth and storytelling through detail.

GOAL: Show how adding time and detail can completely change the look and feel of one design


WHAT TO DO:

  1. Draw three roses using the same layout.

    • Rose 1: simple and clean

    • Rose 2: a little more detailed

    • Rose 3: full detail and texture

  2. Under each one, write how long it would take you to tattoo it and how much you would charge.

  3. Post your drawings as a carousel or video, and talk about the difference between each version.
